The Behavior Management
basic course is suitable for all staff, but particularly targets
nursing assistants and ancillary support staff such as dietary, housekeeping
maintenance and security personnel.
This course uses real case examples to teach identification,
assessment, design, intervention and evaluation phases of
behavior management. A lesson on ethics and regulations
is also included.
