The Guide to Best Practices: Behavior
Management in Long Term Care is a detailed step-by-step manual
for use by the facility administrator or designee responsible
for the successful design and implementation of the behavior
management system. It is also the facilitator guide for each
phase of program development.
The Guide includes a policy and procedure wizard for drafting
your customized policy and procedure manual. It will prompt
you to answer 36 questions regarding staff responsibility, accountability
and communication flow. Each question is answered by entering
a word or phrase when prompted. You can then distribute a draft
for comment before making any final edits and printing your
manual.
We include everything you need to be successful: all course
materials, workbooks, forms and documentation system and a trainer's
guide for your in-service training of staff members. |
