The Mirrors Management System is a multi-level survey. Each
manager completes a self-report assessment of behaviors that relate
to basic management skills, including leadership, communication, conflict
management, etc.
Selected superiors and subordinates are also asked to assess the
manager on the same dimensions. The results are confidentially presented
to the manager for professional and self development review and
decision making. This type of feedback is demonstrated to be effective
in Fortune 500 corporate development programs. Now it is available
specifically for management and supervisors in long term care.
